I've attached an updated map image (satellite, taken from Google Earth) with the approximate locations of each stall marked with an X, along with photos taken from the ground with a roughly drawn outline of where we are planning to set up the stalls.<br /><br />I've tried to make sure the stalls will be sufficiently far away from exam venues so as to avoid disturbing students with noise or food smells.<br /><br />Furthermore, would it be possible to check with Campus Management if we would be allowed to temporarily put up posters around the area to advertise our stalls?<br /><br />Hopefully that is sufficient to send through to Campus Management for approval.
