- Food & budget:
- Suggestion: $7 student/guild memberships, plus free sausage (or $6 memberships without sausage)
- $5 memberships with camp ticket and free sausage
- To Buy:
- sausages (24 for $9.50), $40 per stall
- onions ($3/kg), $5 per stall
- bread or buns (1 loaf for $2), $6 per stall
- sauces (tomato, mustard, BBQ - $5 each), $10 per stall
- gloves, paper towels - $20 total
- Budget: round up to ~$70 per stall, plus $20 for total of $370
- Buy sausages before stall each day, so we don't get a huge amount extra in case they're not sold
- Borrow one of the old fridges in Cam Hall to store leftover food?
- Sell sausages at $2 each (or free with membership?)
- Stall setup stuff:
- Need posters / signage in stall
- Advertise BBQ price, and any available tickets/discounts
- Need at least one laptop with bright screen & wifi to do signups
- 3x3m marquee can be borrowed from UniSFA, don't break it (or else!)
- BBQs booked from Guild
- Need someone to scope out the venues & determine where to put the stalls
- Need an esky + cold packs to keep unused food cold
- Need cash float + Square reader
