    <p>Dear Door members,<br>

      UCC is about to initiate a purge of door. This is a annual event

      that normally happens after the AGM, in order to clear members who

      are no longer interested in holding the position, however this

      year committee has delayed the purge in order to review the door

      regulations.<br>

      <br>

      We know that you are all volunteers and we thank you for the

      service that you provide to the club, and so we will keep this

      simple.<br>

      <br>

      If you are currently a door member and would like to remain so,

      please review the new Door Agreement (attached as

      door-agreement.pdf) and return a signed copy of it to a committee

      member (or put it in the club room for us to collect) by the 12th

      of July.<br>

      <br>

      If you are unable to comply within the timeframe due to

      circumstances but would like to remain on door, please contact the

      committee and we may provide an extension to you on an individual

      basis.<br>

      <br>

      After the 12th of July, we will remove members from door who have

      not returned a copy of the new agreement to the club.<br>

    </p>
