<p>Hi everyone!</p>

<p>Every three years, the Guild Tenancy Committee conducts a Full Reallocation of all Clubrooms and storage spaces in the first two months of the Guild Year (ie. Dec 2019 – Nov 2020). This year we are due for another Full Reallocation – this means that ANY CLUB can apply for a clubroom! (NB – existing tenants must ALSO reapply if they want to renew their clubroom or storage space)</p>

<p>If your club wishes to apply for a clubroom, a member of your committee must email you<span class="text_exposed_show">r club’s application to the Tenancy Chair at tenancy-chair@guild.uwa.edu.au by the 7th February (11:59pm) – one month from today. Applications (2 pages max on Microsoft Word) must contain the following: </span></p>

<p>- Email Subject “[name of your club] Tenancy Reallocation Application”<br /> - Nature of your club <br /> - Number of Financial Members (NB - if your club has non-UWA student members, please outline the number of students AND non-students)<br /> - What the clubroom/storage space is intended to be used for<br /> - How your club has actively contributed to student life at UWA and promoted the Guild<br /> - Whether or not your club is willing to share a clubroom with another club<br /> - Whether or not your club has had a clubroom in the past (and if applicable, why that clubroom or storage was lost)</p>

<p>Please note that late applications will NOT be accepted.</p>

<p>Attached is the Tenancy Allocation Policy which will be a handy guide for what to include in your club’s application and the considerations made by the Tenancy Committee. This Policy is also available on the Guild Website (see Tenancy).</p>
