    <p>Hi all,</p>

    <p>First off, a big thanks to everyone who showed up to help out

      with the stall this O-Day, whether for set up, pack up or to

      provide manpower for the stall throughout the day. That's [MVP],

      [TEC], [TPG], [CFE], [LCY], [MLG], [DBA], [AAA], [SJH] and myself

      [MPT]. It was a pretty successful O-Day, getting about 90 signups

      and getting plenty of interest in some of the club's gear out on

      display. The double-stall with the sign-up desk and the

      'demo/workbench' desk worked really well to get attention.<br>

    </p>

    <p>Second of all, Club Carnival is coming up this semester is next

      Tuesday (3rd March) running from 12pm-2pm. That is, earlier in the

      same day as the Fresher Welcome (in the evening).<br>

    </p>

    <p>Unlike O-Day, marquees and tables are provided but stall spaces

      are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis, starting at 10am.

      It has also moved from Oak Lawn to James Oval. That means we need

      1-2 people at least down on James Oval at or just before 10am to

      get in quick.</p>

    <p>I'll volunteer to be one of them, another person would be

      appreciated. Once we get in and reserve our spot, people are only

      really needed between 12 and 2 + set up and pack up time. Any

      assistance people can provide (even for small parts of the time)

      would be greatly appreciated.</p>

    <p>We'll only have a 3x3m space, so we'll probably just stick with

      the sign up table and banner and not much else.<br>
