Hi Grace,

Just an update on the Treasurer Training and O-Day grants stuff.
I've now been added to the SOC Treasurers 2020 group.

As I suspected, all the relevant information is available in the
Facebook group. I have attached the PowerPoint as well as the
Grants Policy for you to refer to.

The quiz you are required to complete is available at <<a

I believe I am correct in it being due 29 March, but it can't hurt
to get it in earlier.

It's also detailed in the group that O-Day grants are due on 26
March. They want a spreadsheet emailed to the SOC Treasurer via
<soc-treasurer@guild.uwa.edu.au>.
The spreadsheet needs to contain first name, last name, student
number, Guild membership status and date of membership for all
members who signed up on O-Day.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,

James
Grace,

Just a reminder (I'd forgotten too, don't worry) that our deadline
for Treasurer Training is coming up. Depending on how Jameson's
"one month" extension to our deadline is interpreted (originally
29 February), that might be as soon as next week Sunday (29
March).
The main steps to complete are reading through a PowerPoint and an
online quiz on the material. I believe links are available in the
SOC Treasurers 2020 group? That's this one:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/2524092817864037/

I've also applied to join the group, so hopefully I'll be able to
confirm that assumption. There might also be more details about
O-Day grants in there? I'm not sure, I haven't seen anything about
them.
Cheers,

James
