    <p>Thought I'd better get these out before the committee meeting.<br>

    </p>

    <p>Here are the minutes from the first two Charity Unvigil meetings,

      along with a handover guide from last year written by Unigames.

      Looks like dates of 13-16 May are going to be the go, with the

      Thursday being UCC's dedicated day to run stuff.</p>

    <p>The main things we need to look at on our end are:</p>

    <ul>

      <li>Making sure we can run everything we want to - both from a

        technical and organisation standpoint<br>

      </li>

      <li>Sorting out what form the donations and tracker will take<br>

      </li>

    </ul>
