<p>I hope you are well! </p>
<p>One of the things UCC had planned to do this year was to properly archive all of our items for our records as an incorporated association - and for insurance purposes.</p>
<p><span>This is a big task - we have hundreds of items to sort through, and will likely need more than two people to do achieve this in a timely manner... </span></p>
<p>The work would (hopefully!) only take a few days to complete with the right support. We are not seeking access to re-open - just to undertake archival work and cleaning during Semester break with more than two committee members.</p>
<p><span>Sorting through our items may potentially free up space, and will help ensure our clubroom is set up appropriately in line with COVID restrictions. We hope to also use the time to ensure our club is well-presented in time for re-opening. </span></p>
<p><span>Please let us know if SOC could allow more than two of our committee members to undertake such archival work and cleaning, of course adhering to the current guidelines of 2 sqm per person. We are hoping to have this finished by mid-July - if this is at all possible. </span></p>
