         - Important to do before we reopen

         - Will be about CH reopening, Archiving/Cleaning, and Acc locking + other announcements? 
         - CH reopening 20th jul (contingent on Phase 5 happening)

    - Suggest acc locking deadline jul 31st or end of wk1 one 
         - First round of emails for that *need* to be sent this week
