<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;">This is official notice that the <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">UCC Annual General Meeting for 2021</span></strong> is scheduled for <strong>5pm, Thursday 4 March</strong>.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;">The meeting will be held in the Guild Council Meeting Room. If you need help finding the meeting room, you can go to the UCC clubroom beforehand and we will all head over together. This being a General Meeting, the clubroom will be closed while it's running. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;">The current proposed agenda is as follows:</span></p>

<li><strong><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;">Committee Reports</span></strong><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;"></span></li>

<li><strong><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;"> Election of Committee Positions</span></strong>

<li>Vice-President</li>

<li>Secretary</li>

<li>Treasurer</li>

<li>Three Ordinary Committee Members</li>

<li>First Year Representative (must be a first year at UWA)</li>

<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;"><strong>Nominations for the above committee positions are now open</strong>, and will close during the meeting. If you'd like to make a nomination for one or more of the above positions ahead of time, please send your nomination to <secretary@ucc.asn.au>. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Please ensure you have completed a membership form and paid before the meeting if you wish to vote.</span></strong> In addition, only UWA students and Guild members are elegible to be elected President, Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;">If you wish to add any items to the agenda, please send them to <secretary@ucc.asn.au> at least four days prior to the meeting in order for them to be incorporated.</span></p>
