    <p>I'd like to book the Cameron Hall Loft on behalf of UCC for a LAN

      event on the afternoon of Saturday, 20 March, from 12pm to 6pm

      (setup & pack-up time included).<br>

    </p>

    <p>I understand this will require SOC approval for an after-hours

      booking so I've CCed in Eleanor as well.<br>

    </p>

    <p>Please let me know if you need any more information about our

      planned event, otherwise I'll just included it in our EMP once we

      have the booking secured.</p>
