    <p>Hi Alice,</p>

    <p>We spoke in person earlier about moving UCC's AGM event,

      previously to be held at 5:30 pm in the GCMR, outdoors to comply

      with your instructions on the new COVID restrictions.</p>

    <p>I proposed we shift the event outside to Oak Lawn. As we are

      expecting 15-20 people to attend, that should be well within the

      50 person cap announced.</p>

    <p>The EMP is locked in the system, so I haven't managed to update

      the details there.<br>

    <p>Can I confirm the above arrangements will be alright?<br>
