<p>Yes, we did receive your email but it got lost due to big events
that weekend, really really sorry about that.</p>
<p>In terms of resetting the password we normally ask that you come
into the clubroom while a wheel member is around just so we can
confirm your identity with your account. I can organise a time to
meet with you to get this sorted.</p>
<p>If that is not possible, then we can consider other options.<br>
