<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">In collaboration with the UWA Student Guild, the University Library has established limits on the use of library services for student groups and guild groups in order to ensure fair access for all
students. Guild affiliated groups are welcome to use the library spaces for up to 8 hours per year, for events which are open to all students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">From the information provided we don’t believe that your booking request meet our criteria + your club has now used library spaces for 8 hours in 2025, therefore we cannot approve your booking request.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
