Limit concurrent connections

I have changed into options.h MAX_UNAUTH_CLIENTS 1 then comment out
"m_close(svr_ses.childpipe)" call near the bottom of
svr-auth.c. It's working fine but when I close the only client
connection I have, I cannot open another one, unless I restart dropbear
server. Is any solution possible?
