Hi Steve,

Thanks for tracking that down, I've committed it as
https://secure.ucc.asn.au/hg/dropbear/rev/5d3e917bb7a6

I guess it's some unique combination of toolchain, library,
or Linux brokenness! Alternatively maybe Dropbear should
have been including linux/types.h all along.
