Need SCP Client support with dropbear V0.48

Hi Tim,

I am not writing to /bin directory. I am facing this issue even when I am
copying the file to my home directory. "dbclient" is placed at /bin. Its
throwing error in:
File: packet.c
Function: write_packet ()    --> value of "written" is <0
