sure, but it's also a limitation in the current dropbear implementation.
if the child execed something, the parent would be free to handle more
requests.  dropbear would need a way to exec itself and pass the info
along to the child.  considering it already works via inetd, it should
be feasible to do it in dropbear itself too.
