Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce that C support is finished, and it can now be
downloaded from <http://progcomp.ucc.asn.au/Downloads>.

If you were intending to develop in C, head there to find out how to
download or upgrade. If you only intend to develop in Python, you may
disregard this update.

=== Rule Update ===
Something that I didn't make clear earlier is the difference between
the short and long variants of the competition. Each arena is run in
both 'short' and 'long' mode. The supervisor you download is
configured by default for short mode: an agent can live for no more
than 100 fights, and there can be no more than 100 rounds. In long
mode, there can be up to 1000 rounds. What I didn't clarify earlier is
that your agent will be able to survive for up to 1000 fights (10
times short mode).

If you have any other questions, or if something else is unclear,
please email me.

Thanks again, and enjoy developing in C!
Best regards,
Daniel Axtens
