So not an evening event then. Ok, my suggestion is that you declare your
robotics event a gaming free time. The gamers are pretty excitable (read:
cheery but noisy) and the free space to walk to and from the hardware area
would be helpful too.

Mmmm. I'll be bringing some hot coffee to go with that (or those).
