The design looks incredibly bad. Perhaps you should enlist the aid of Davyd or Alex to come up with something less crappy?

What, if anything, are you using as content management? I think that is potentially one area in which the UCC website could be improved. I know that some people have spoken about moving to ikiwiki, but it'd be a reasonable project to turn that into something that looks non-crap for UCC.
