All you need to do is create another file in your ~/public-html/ directory and have something like this:

If it runs on PHP, perl or python it should install and run no problem straight from your ~/public-html/ directory.
If it needs MySQL you'll need a database on mussel, and I kept nagging people until the database for this showed up, so I'd do that.
Start with Frenchie then work from there...
