Another feature in 3.1.9 that I forgot about (until it bit me) is that the
keymap defaults to the vi keymap if the string "vi" is in $EDITOR. If you
like editing your command line using vi commands (and your $EDITOR
contains vi), do nothing. But if you don't, and trust me you won't, it's a
PITA, put a bindkey -e in your .zshrc before any other bindkey commands
that are already there. OTOH, bindkey -v gives you the vi keymap.
