[tech] CVS at UCC

Does anybody know how hard it would be to set up a CVS repository at UCC, 
where any user could create a module and then assign rights, etc? Can this 
be done with a sticky /var/cvs (or whatever)?

Just curious because I've started using CVS recently and am finding it very 
useful. I wouldn't mind setting this up, but if anybody has done it before 
tips would be good :)
