[tech] NCD xterms

Each one is a different model; we have a pure 19, a 19r and a 19p3. The 19
and 19r both have bright screens, while the 19p3 is rather dim. They all
do tftp and mop, but only the 19r can boot from a host on a different
subnet. Grahame suggested we put them outside and mop boot them. We don't
really have space in the clubroom for them. Any suggestions?
