[tech] mermaid more stable?

mermaid seems happier - it's made it through a kernel compile which it
couldn't before. (2.2.17 took ;
make bzImage  1372.06s user 69.64s system 93% cpu 25:42.73 total
)

I've slowed it down to 150MHz, with a 60MHz bus, down from 166/66.

Its jumper settings are saved in /services/ftp/machines/mermaid .
