Changing it to a .forward is perfectly reasonable - but what does need
testing is whether that would mean mail to all people at ucc on
unisfa-committee gets charged to unisfa (or to both unisfa and that
person), which wouldn't be good.

I've got a nasty feeling we've got a similar problem now:
mooneye: ~coke/mail#grep unisfa fwds.pl
  'jaws at tartarus.uwa.edu.au' => 'unisfa',
  'sqbr at tartarus.uwa.edu.au' => 'unisfa',
  'arutkay at tartarus.uwa.edu.au' => 'unisfa',

Not to mention:
mooneye: ~coke/mail#grep commi fwds.pl
  'committee at ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au' => 'camp',

ie: mail to committee at ucc currently looks as if it would be charged to
the camp user, due to ~camp/.forward pointing to committee. ::-/
