Yes, but I don't think it will fix your problem. 

I have come across this problem before but can't remember how I fixed it. 
Make sure that MOPD is running in diagnostics mode - it is far more useful 
that way. Also check file permissions - yes I know that nothing has changed 
all that much but it would not hurt to check....
