[tech] e-mail forwarding

Well, this is getting more interesting because I'm pretty certain I haven't
played with any file permissions for ages.

The first e-mail that wasn't forwarded for me was at 12:41 on Friday (I
think I was at the pub then) - it's the e-mail about sendmail being fixed.

Bongus does some chmod -R'ing.... stay tuned for my e-mail complaining
about my ucc webpage not working *grin*
