[tech] downtime

The power went out sometime last night, and everything came up, except for
hydra, which had filesysten corruption, and as such stopped at the "enter
root password for maitainance, or ctrl-d for normal startup" prompt. I
fscked it manually, and it had quite a few errors, which need to be looked
into. But it did come up cleanly once I'd pressed y lots. Perhaps we
should force hydra into fixing on the boot fsck, considering how our
network depends on it atm.
