[tech] waix box

mojarra (130.95.13.20) is currently being installed, and will become UCC's
waix box. However, I'm having a bit of trouble getting it to mount /home -
morowng is denying it service, despite the fact it's in /etc/exports. Any
ideas? Also, do we want it doing mail? I haven't made 172.26.42.20 it's
primary IP yet, I will soon though. ssh, nis, vim, less, zsh are
installed, along with a couple of tasks (the dev ones, python, maybe a few
others).
