[tech] piggery

Thanks to Simon Fryer, piggery is now installed and working. I've
configured the network (and NIS, NFS, NTP, etc.) I'm also going to install
some of the stuff from the open source software collection that comes with
Tru64 5.1 that isn't completely out of date.

However, there are a few problems currently, one being that the video card
is a S3 Virge and only runs in 640x480x4bit - wasn't there some rather
nice video card we were going to put into it? Also, commercial ssh2 truly
sucks, so OpenSSH needs to be compiled on it, which I'm working on now.
