Actually, I'd much prefer MacOS on a mac to Linux on a mac. One thing i've 
noticed about these 'let's run Linux on hardware X' is that they're rarely
all that useful any more. Theres a massive base of useful software
for MacOS. Theres less software for Linux of note, and chances are, the
most useful ones won't compile or work on a mac anyhow :P
