[tech] From: header in mutt

Hi all.  Any idea why {mussel,mermaid}:/etc/Muttrc has the following
options?  They seem kind of pointless to me.

  # don't add the hostname to the From header
  unset use_domain
  # don't generate a From header
  unset use_from
