[James Andrewartha]

Mail was not being delivered locally, due to some rogue socks5 processes
that were eating up cpu and keeping the load average above 4. I'm not sure
when this started, but mail from Wednesday has been delivered. Tuesday's
mail might have gone through or possibly expired in the queue.
