[tech] IrDA and Palm

I've been hacking on the IrDA on my Toshiba 2410. I think I've finally
got it working. `irdadump` shows things now. However I can't test it
with the only IrDA device I have, a Palm IIIc.

`pilot-xfer -p /dev/ircomm0 -l` asks me to press the HotSync button,
which is all very well and good, except that the HotSync button does not
appear to HotSync over IrDA (at least I'm not seeing and IR traffic).

I'm not sure if it's the IrDA not quite working. Or if I need a special
IR HotSync tool for the Palm. Anyone more familar with Palm care to lend
a few suggestions?
