The trigger list has disappeared once IIRC. However in general things
only disappear from it deliberately, and the one time it did disappear
en masse it was restored from a backup and then recreated from the
services logs.
But then I don't pay too much attention to AustNet when I'm busy with
other things (...which is most of the time).

Is this organizing as in organizing with AustNet admins/opers and/or ASD
or organizing a design change to prevent the glines which would be set
for
such abuse from impacting the rest of UWA?
I expect you would know a couple of the AustNet guys.
