[tech] bonsai

Since I was blind and couldn't see the annotated link for files in
viewcvs, yakk suggested I set up bonsai, so I did. It wasn't too hard, and
it's now at http://cvs.ucc.asn.au/bonsai/ with all of the CVS modules
available. The main features over viewcvs are a pretty decent search
function. There are some things that don't work, but it does the job and
I've stopped caring now.
