[tech] Subversion repository

I've setup my own subversion repository on mussel in
/usr/local/svn/dagobah, and it's world-accessible via an apache2
running on mussel (port 8080), via DNAT on madako (130.95.13.9:8080
-> 130.95.13.18:8080). svn.ucc.asn.au points at 130.95.13.9. A less
confusing IP address could've been chosen - if anybody wants to
select one, feel free :)

If other people want subversion repositories and want to do
similarly, just create the repository with svnadmin and cut/paste
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/dav_svn.conf.
