Make that "sudo top -b".

top, when not doing its own security checking as a setuid program,
allows signalling/killing other people's processes. If someone can
figure out how to get a Defaults option in /etc/suoders to apply to one
command stanza rather than a whole user or host, we can use the
stay_setuid option to re-enable it.
