Should be fixed. Involves killing dispense on mermaid, running minicom,
typing some random commands, and restarting dispense.

Not sure about this.

Should also be fixed. It no longer goes via the DEC, now plugs into the
back of mermaid (perhaps via a patch lead to the patch panel IIRC).
