[tech] mail on mussel

Hi, all.  Can somebody please change mussel:/etc/mailname so that it
contains:

  ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au

(this filename exists as a string in the mutt binary).

A while ago someone mentioned that e-mailing from mussel was not a good
idea.  Any further info?
