Hi David

It'll be back when it's back. AARNET changed things so they had more 
resiliency in their network, and they didn't include the 203.24.97.0/24 
network in their config.

I've started tagging the route so that AARNET can advertise it to WAIX 
only without having to know the actual prefix. When they have time, 
AARNET will finish the work to get things going.

I don't want to bug them further about this, as they're pretty much 
doing it because they're nice, not because they have to.
