[tech] morwong's psu went again

There was a power blip at UWA just before 9am this morning. Some machines
rebooted, manbo stayed up, but morwong's PSU died. I swapped in the last
spare from the prioris, and everything seems to be running ok. Mooneye
only had morwong as a ypserver in yp.conf, so it deferred mail rather than
bouncing. So only about 10 emails were bounced from when yp came back to
when I stopped postfix and mounted /home and /services.
