[tech] ViewCVS upgrade

Hi all,

A slightly more visible change than usual.

Unless there are any complaints by 8pm tomorrow (9/6/05), I'm going to
upgrade ViewCVS on Mussel tomorrow night and hook it in to our Subversion
repositories.

Please let me know if this is going to cause issues.

(Gallery is also apparently broken in places at the moment; people are
working on it.)
