[tech] martello mail

Nick noticed martello wasn't delivering mail. Some investigation revealed 
this was caused by a apt-get upgrade that died halfway and caused postfix 
to be unhappy due to missing a few lines installed by the postinstall 
script. I apt-get -f installed and everything seems to be happy now.
