The political landscape isn't that volatile. We know who will
be running the show, we know that the space won't be suddenly
yanked from under us.

However, the UCC doesn't know when their aircon is going to fail,
and whether this shiny busily used E6000 in a room it wasn't ever
specced out for is going to suddenly become unstable.
Don't blow $$$ on equipment that is designed to be in a decently
controlled environment if you're not going to put it in said
environment.

Thats just MHO.
