[tech] Axis report

A few of us have been working on the Axis.

I got it booting again last night, but unfortunately while messing about
a surface mount capacitor fell off the board. Davyd soldered a
replacement cap on today.

Matt has got dropbear working on the thing. Seems to die occasionally.

If it stops booting, log into cybium and run "ktest"; just find it 
in /root/matt and run it; it'll whinge about a variable not being set
so set that variable to the dir with the vmlinux file in it. More
detailed instructions not available as the machine is running windows
atm and I can't get to my shell history :)

Running ktest seemed to reset the flash, so do if unavoidable.
