[tech] Cthulhu decommissioned

The wonderfully evil Accelar switch, Cthulhu, has been removed from the 
network. It only had about four things plugged in, and they have all been 
moved to Bronze.

If anyone has a password for Cthulhu, can they contact me offlist or by 
phone? We want to use it for IVLAN this weekend, but it needs VLANs and 
things removed.
