[tech] Arctic dead - possibly IDE controller

I'm thinking arctic might be older than April 2004, but if not Apple  
has a free repair program for that vintage of emac - if the problem  
is on the logic board at all it's probably covered (I sent one in for  
intermittent freezing with burst'ed capacitors)
